Our regional offices coordinate collections and deliveries, with interregional routes connecting the network. Contact the team with your collection and delivery locations to confirm the available service, charge and timing. Nationwide coverage does not mean that every destination has a local office or a same-day delivery option.

- Do you deliver outside the regions where you have offices?
- Yes. ShaQ Express delivers nationwide across all 16 regions of Ghana, supported by nine regional offices. Delivery arrangements, timing and charges depend on the destination and service required.
- Which regions have a ShaQ Express office?
- Greater Accra, Ashanti, Bono, Volta, Central, Western, Western North, Eastern, and Northern. Each office runs its own operational team and extends delivery into the regions around it.
- How do I send a parcel to a region without a ShaQ Express office?
- Book through the ShaQ Express app or contact customer service with the pickup address, destination, parcel details, and the recipient's name and phone number. The nearest regional office confirms collection, delivery timing and the charge before dispatch, and you receive a tracking number.
