2026/2027 National Service – Marketing and Brand Communications
You will help plan, create and measure SHAQ EXPRESS marketing and brand communications across digital channels, branches and field activities. Your daily work will depend on your strongest area and may include research and campaign planning, copy and content, design, photography or video editing, social and community management, website or email updates, public relations, internal communications, events, analytics and brand-quality checks; you may specialise rather than cover every area.

What you will do.
- Help turn business, service and branch priorities into practical campaign and content plans
- Research audiences, delivery trends, competitor activity and content opportunities before work begins
- Write, edit and adapt copy for social media, website, email, public relations and internal communications
- Create or coordinate graphics, photography, video and edited assets for approved channels
- Schedule and publish social content, monitor community responses and route service issues to the appropriate team
- Support digital campaigns, website and email updates, events and field activations from brief through delivery
- Prepare public-relations and internal-communication materials with accurate facts and approved messaging
- Maintain organised content files, consent records, templates and current brand standards
- Track campaign and channel performance, compile simple reports and recommend improvements
- Work within briefs, deadlines and approval workflows while taking ownership of assigned outputs
What you will need.
- Have completed, or be on track to complete, the academic requirements for Ghana’s 2026/2027 National Service year
- Show credible ability in at least one marketing or brand-communications area through a portfolio, project or work sample
- Write clear, accurate English and adapt tone for different audiences and channels
- Use the relevant tools for your speciality—for example design, editing, publishing, research or analytics tools
- Plan work, meet deadlines, accept feedback and follow brand and approval processes
- Be willing to work on-site and support branch visits, content capture or events when assigned
- Accurately distinguish verified information from assumptions before publishing or reporting
Good to have.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut or equivalent creative software
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, a content-management system, email tools or digital analytics
- Exposure to public relations, internal communications, events, activations or community management
- Ability to work confidently in more than one content format or marketing discipline
- Understanding of logistics, e-commerce or service-business communications
